Packages for Small Business

Includes:

• A 60-minute initial strategy meeting to define your brand’s voice, visuals, and posting approach

• Creation of your Brand Kit in YOUR Canva Pro account

• Up to 5 custom post templates (2 size formats), 1 banner for Facebook or LinkedIn

• A simple visual brand guide with fonts, colours, and sample uses

• An optional content calendar to guide your posting

• A 60-minute final meeting to go over your brand guide, templates, calendar, and posting plan

Requirements:

• An existing business with a professionally designed logo

• A Canva Pro account (you’ll need your own access)

• Recommended: 3-6 professional, high-res, on-brand photos of you and/or your business

• Basic familiarity with social media platforms and Google Drive (you don’t need to be an expert)

What This Does Not Include:

• Logo design or advanced graphic design

• More than 5 post templates or multiple rounds of revisions

• Ongoing consulting or hands-on social media training — this package includes two meetings with guided instruction, but you’ll be responsible for learning how to manage your content after that (there are lots of great free tutorials online!)

When we’re done, you’ll have:

How It Works:

• We communicate through email and plan via Google Docs

• You review drafts before they go live

• We meet monthly (optional) to align strategy

• You’ll receive a quarterly or biannual report

• Most clients need around 15 hrs/month for 3 posts/week

For Best Results:

• I handle the “skeleton” of your content

• You bring it to life with personal posts (photos, reels, behind-the-scenes)

• I’ll coach you on what to capture and how to show up online
